A New Home Inspection follows the same Scope of Inspections of The Home Inspectors Association of B.C.; however, the findings are usually incomplete work by sub-trades.

While adhering to the scope of home inspections as defined by The Home Inspectors Association of B.C,
we walk with our client around the house, explaining our findings and answering questions once the inspection is complete. It is vital to Conall that clients understand his conclusions and the answers to questions they may have about the home. A written report is sent to the buyer typically the same day as the inspection.
